To find the "super secret" file if you d/loaded Black Plague/Requiem from Steam as I did you need to look in the folder,
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\penumbra black plague\redist, or what ever hard drive letter Windows is installed to on your PC, double click the "super secret" file and input the code that's already been mentioned in above posts.
