I have no idea in why the screenies have a so bad quality. I apologize for that Sad

Download FRAPs and take screenshots in TGA format, then use GIMP or Photoshop to convert them, you'll get some nice clean looking screenies.

EDIT : What do you mean by expert mappers ?

Well, I just need advice. Mapping isn't my strong muscle :p

Put some welder at the corner of the wall. That will make a better map.

Wow these screenshots are amazing! I've never even thought to make anything like this, the twisted future. Very vapourwave! Any of you guys seen Lorna's Silence? Thinking about watching it.

Is going really well: I'm tweaking the first levels noob-maded by me, and I'm making the latest ones.

Note that it's divided in chapters: The first one is introduction and story-immersing, the second one is the "a lot of stuff that happens cuz of you".

It isn't really "Twisted future"... you will see, the idea is quite different. Thanks anyways Tongue

In general all 3 pictures are very bland...

(1) The lighting in the middle should be have "Shadows" on. You need dirt smudge decals around the statues and their needs to be more props around the place.

Also your billboards are clipping through the broken pillar.

(2) IMO just bad, I can help with your outside terrain. PM me if you accept.

But to critique it, their is no grass, dirt mounds to give ground variation, bushes and dead bushes. The hills/mountains should not be so stretched near the player, but should increase in size as the distance goes. (So 1x1x1 - 2x2x2 near the player, but gets bigger so the stretched texture isn't as obvious.)

For your message, you should have something better to show off for "It looks abandoned". All I see is just some random debris strewn around.

And make sure you randomly rotate/scale your Trees/Grass/Bushes by 0.1-0.2 in the X/Y/Z.

(3) Hmm ok I guess, I like it being tall but it's bland. Need Castle ceiling welder, flags, paintings, etc...
