RE: Acies ModelShoppe [You Request Models] - Streetboat - 11-23-2012

I've been taking a short break from my standard work to start a quick story, one that I plan to spend no more than a month on. I want it to be very short, but the models I would like to have could easily be of use to other folks, too. I want to make a hunting lodge. I can do most of the architecture with planes and other props from Amnesia and Justine, but to really add that flair that makes it obvious that it's a lodge, I'd need a few models: stuffed wall-mounted heads, and rifle and snowshoe props to go on the wall. Here's a picture to give you an idea of what it might be like:

The idea I had in my mind was to make it like the Black Lake Lodge level in Condemned 2. Smile

PFFFFFF. That place scared the shit out of me. If Acies doesn't mind, I MAY (Repeat, MAY) take up some of the requests he can't fill. I'm not too sure about a mounted head atm, but the rifle and snowshoes shouldn't be too hard at all.

Yeah the snow shoes and the rifle would be useful to me too sometime. But the rife should be without the strap.

On that note, since I seem to have gained some interest, could I also request altered versions of some walls? I'm using primarily brown walls, such as the ones found here: http://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/thread-11654.html

If I could get versions of these walls that have chunks missing from them, such as corners and holes in them, with the appropriate splintering of the wood, that would be amazing and add so much more believability to the scene than I could achieve with planes. Smile

Can you create a moveable table? =D, That would be awesome!.

Nice models, u got the skills!

RE: Acies ModelShoppe [You Request Models] - kartanonperuna - 11-23-2012

There already is moveable table....

I'm sorry kartanonperuna - character modeling can take quite a while for me :] I won't be supplying you with characters.

I'll take up work on the lodge, sounds nice. Statyk's more than welcome to help me out if he finds the time. As for the moveable table - import one of the Amnesia tables into ModelEditor and create an entity.

Still need to texture and possibly high-poly the pressure gauge and hardarms "valve box".

You rock, Acies. Wink

Okay, Acies, I have an environment to show you, so maybe it will help you with some inspiration. Right now, this lodge is spic 'n span, with no dirt or breakage in the walls to show. I want to give it a dilapidated look, with chunks missing from walls, corners rotting, and so on.
