The list doesn't seem to mention the finding of the great white shark, which I think there is only one of in the entire game. Between Delta and Theta during the zeppelin ride, one can be seen on Theta-side to the left side facing the facility.

Spoiler below!
Ross stands behind you while you're typing in the code to unlock his room at Omicron Tau, provided you are doing so from the Dive Room. Start typing in his room code, and when it adjusts, get up and look behind you. Doing it early (while the computer is glitching out) may help.

^ Omicron? Don't you mean Tau?

Ahh yep. Keep forgetting which one is which >.>

I'm surprised this one was missed, but I noticed it during Markiplier's playthrough:

Spoiler below!
In Upsilon, there are two ways to reroute power, either by the device with the note mentioning there is no turning back if you switch that one, or by stopping the faulty factory line and electrocuting the robot with Carl Semken's mind scan. (This will make him scream in agony and likely make him suffer for as long as he lives or the power remains!) After which the Communication Dome can be accessed. Choosing the latter option may be hard because of the suffering you put Carl through, but it'll prevent the Construct from coming upstairs so is the perfect choice for the selfish heartless bastards among us. Big Grin

(PS: Are spoilers really needed in replies? The whole topic is a spoiler, pretty much.)

Spoiler below!
Haimatsu, the company that was responsible for a lot of the technology that's seen in PATHOS-II (the power suits and omnitools, for example) existed even when the original Simon was alive, manufacturing USB sticks (and probably other technology as well).

Noticed this too, yes.

Spoiler below!
Makes a lot of sense too as it makes it more propable for Simon's scan to be used after such a long time, although I don't know if Haimatsu also made the machinery that Munshi used.

Looks like I missed a lot of stuff! I'm not surprised.

Funny, I didn't notice that.

You must have a heart of stone.

Of course I noticed it Smile
And since you're implying that it's not very hard to miss, it may not belong to the list...

Though it's an entertaining list. I like it, with those extra witty lines.

I'm pretty sure most people didn't kill the K8 on their first run. It was even harder than I expected - the K8 took a lot of punishment, and I had to deliver the final blow while it could barely move.

Nah. I just spoiler-tagged the OP to save space.

In the MS Curie, if you return to the escape vessel before you successfully carry out the "sabotage", you get some more dialogue from Simon and Catherine about the monsters. You can hear it during the following Let's Play video at around the 04:10 mark:

Yeah, I remember when I entered that room and repeatedly tried to close the door - it would re-open everytime with Ross briefly appearing outside.
