That's because demos are removed when you buy the full versions on Steam.
Download the demo at http://www.amnesiagame.com#demo
Or check if the demo folder is still in Steam\steamapps\common, and try to start it from there.

Its still in the common folder and i tried to start i before, didn't work. I was thinking that I wouldn't need to to download it from the site.. (lazy) oh well.

Well my copy of Amnesia is sitting in my Steam favorites library fully downloaded and waiting to be played, just have to wait for it to unlock...
I want to play so bad and it's just sitting there.

i can download at 8am because i got from store but whats the point. i jsut activated my key into steam and ill wait because i dont wanna play this game in daytime.
+ ill be saving their bandwidth

Well, if you download from their store you can download it in 8 hours and 17 minutes.

I think I'll just wait for it to release on steam, I have class tomorrow and it would release early in the morning anyway. Steam has it releasing at 12 PM for me, so I'll play that night.
