Only thing I can think of is it's not picking up your sound file. Or possibly the codec in the .ogg isn't the correct codec type (if it requires a specific type). Try putting the .ogg and .snt in the regular Amnesia sound folder and then try it.

Remove the .ogg in your snt and make sure all the names are corresponding. worked for me in my custom_stories folder.
