From after updating to Windows 10, I launch the game and it does not start. what should I do?

Most probably no graphics card drivers installed or corrupted. Check the Troubleshooting Guide, Problem X and attach the HPL.log file as requested.

Check the Graphics Card Troubleshooting Guide in order to reinstall/update your graphics card drivers.
