Wait what? you are referring to a post in the thread I linked right? in that case. The animations in Overture was not very good, but as you point out, their strength is not character animation, but that still doesn't change that the animations actually is very poor.

Mhmm, come on, overture was made out of these guy's pocket money. They couldn't afford to make cutting edge animations.
