Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago [SOLVED] HPL Level Editor Crash

I tried to start up the HPL Level Editor, but BlackBox showed up and said:

LevelEditor.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ig4icd32.dll at 0023:03CE3752
Don't look up cloaca.
