Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago Sad  PLEASE HELP!!! could not load main init file config main_init cfg

I have just gotten the game and when I try to launch it, the screen turns black and then flashes blue and I get this message: could not load main init file config main_init cfg
I should point out that I have encountered the same problem with the demo and I am running on a Mac OS X (10.5.8) Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo (2.4 Ghz) .
I have checked and I don't have the "zero byte" problem in the "main" folder...
PLEASE HELP!
