Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago LevelEditor.exe/EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ig4icd32.dll

I have this error when trying to move the LevilEditor program window or any other editing program window -
"PROGRAMNAME".exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ig4icd32.dll at 0023:0349AC00

I can't seem to copy and paste the Stack Trace.

This is my laptop -

I have version 1.2 patch installed.
