crashes after intro need save game right after

Where did you buy requiem from?

Not sure what might be the problem? How many times have you tried? Does it always crash at the exact same spot?

bought it from gamersgate. I re downloaded and reinstalled it. same exact error. I turned on and off all seettings in video and audio and restarted the game at least 15 times with different settings. Crashes right after the loading screen about the walking quote. Same spot same error.
