Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago Redeon problems

The game opens fine on Radeon x1950XT but when in the game it will not play or it's very, very slow -5FPS at lest. I have use all low settings and it's not helping.

Win7
Microsoft WDDM driver

Can't use never driver because that GPU was retired from ATi and still runs many games just fine.
