HELP!! Amnesia crashes: "Exception at 001B:00530C60 Amnesia.exe"

Could be, but the thing is that the moment that happened a new user created itself out of nowhere called "dev_user". And as far I can tell from the hpl file, the error is in that user, however when I delete it, it creates itself again and again! I will try to start a new game anyway, see if that works. Or is there any other way to keep on playing with my old save file? The last autosave file is: "AutoSave_Storage_2011_12_26_19_35_57_0.sav" but there are a lot more. maybe if I delete the last save file, the last one before that will load fine? Thanks so much for your help.

there is no save game. Maybe you deleted it or corrupted it.
