I would love to do a reaction video, but it would only be of my face... Unless someone tells me how to record what's on my screen as well, and how to put them into one screen on youtube... Can someone please tell me how to combine the screens, and what a good way of recording my computer screen is? Please?

for screen recording, there are programs such like Fraps or Dxtory (only naming two of plenty much programs)
and for combining your video material, you need to use a proper video editing program.
Im using Sony Vegas for this. there you got tons of effects and layer options. but there are even more programs you could use for reaching your target.
