Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago Amnesia frame rate drops and LAG.

I run Amnesia on Windows 7 64 bit with a Intel® HD graphics, it's all fine and dandy until I reach a certain area where my frame rate drops and my game lags. I have put all the settings on low and turned off the SSAO, but still, there is lag. Oh and please don't say "Get a new graphics card" because I'm not. Any help will be great, thanks.

Edit: Yes I use that vertical sync thing, but still.........LAG.
