I am Jimson from the Dell social media outreach team. I am glad to assist you with this query, It appears that the computer is trying to open the program with Intel GPU (which is Primary) and unable to switch automatically to AMD. If you are using AMD switchable Graphics, try changing the GPU settings to AMD default. Also you can assign AMD GPU manually to the program and check.
