Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago Amnesia will not start and don't know why HELP!!

I have downloaded and installed the game from Frictional Games website. I can get to the box that gives you the option to "Launch Game" but shortly after I click it the screen goes black and a box comes up stating that "Oh no something is wrooong!" then it says "Amnesia.exe caused an expection_acess_violation in module ig4icd32.dll at 0023:03CF3DC2
