Your log look strange, I don't think you are running the latest version of the game.

As for drivers, from what I gather reading the "supported hardware" on nvidia.com is that for some manufactures of mobile laptops you can't install their drivers. So not sure what to suggest other than hoping that the manufacturer will update their specific drivers for the graphics or continue trying using a mobility modder to bypass these limitations, but I have no experience with that.
