Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago Failing to Launch due to crash

It's the same as the others I have read about on here. I don't have a great PC for gaming but I researched minimum requirements (guess i still messed up) Am I even able to play this game?

The crash is the Exception_Access_violation after I launch it.
