there will not be any major problem, you will be able to install a new driver. The laptop won't behave normally but you will be able to install a new driver. If you don't want to, do not uninstall the previous one. Just do the have disk method I told you:

1) Download this(Windows 7 x64 and not x86 that I gave you before):

2) Follow the guide below to install the driver above:
