Solved: 8 Years, 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago please help

I seen other topics about this fatal error code but I dont understand anyway of it. I downloaded game but keep getting that code. I tried changing screen resolution but that didnt help. It took 2 hrs of my daughter BEGGING for me to buy this game for her and now she cant play. Very disappointing.
I am VERY computer illiterate so have no idea what anyone is talking about on how to fix it.
Her laptop is only 6month old..windows xp service pack 2..Intel hd graphics

how can I fix this?

Make sure you have this installed:

If it cannot be installed, then the laptop manufacturer wants you to download the drivers from their support site. In that case, what is the exact model of the laptop? Are you sure it is 6 months old? It should at least have Windows Vista, if not Windows 7, if it is from 2011.
