Looks like you didn't install the HPL editor suite properly. The editor folder is the folder that contains EntityTypes.cfg. Now I guess I see what the problem was...Dragging it all to the Amnesia.exe put everything but those two files into my redist folder. I feel a little blind, but thank you!
