Say if you uninstalled the game is there any way to get it back without a re buying it?

Depends on where you bought it.

And unisntalled games generally never end up in the trash bin.

If he purchased it via download, than the actual install program is sent (often) to My Documents.
If he accidentally deleted this installation program, it would have been sent to the recycling bin.

Well, when I bought the game online I bought the right to redownload it, it costed extra but atleast now I am secure.

Did you do the same? Evt. tjeck your mails from the store for info.

I can't say too much. Other times, write it to a DVD. (like I do with my all games) Try to talk with the creators about it. But I can't help at the proving of your true. Sorry.
